The lady who did my hair was very friendly but I'm sorry my hair looks so bad I wish I never went there I don't want anyone to see me cause it is so bad the way she talked I thought she knew what she was doing my hair is so bad I don't know what to do it is so short already and the color job is awful I want my money back this is so not worth what I paid for I hope someone out there can fix this mess well I went and got it fix and now I am practically bald this is so awful and they told me I can have my money back but I can never go to another jcpenney salon every again they are so horrible please take my advice don't go there all I can do is cry

I would recommend Paige to anyone. We discussed what I was looking to do with my hair, and she made it look perfect! She is very friendly, courteous, and professional. I will go back to Paige for all of my hair care needs. A+

Rude! I just walked in to ask if they took walkins for a 10 minute eyebrow shaping, the lady ignored me standing there for a minute and finally asked if she could help me with something. I asked about the shaping and she says "yeah we close at 6 (mind you its 5:20) so yeah I don't have anybody". There is no reason to be so rude and unwelcoming, I will never return and will NOT reccomend this sorry excuse for a salon to anyone.
