Asked the guy (who rushed like crazy) for a full and wavy blowout. (even showed a picture) I walked out of there with a flip do! I told my mom (who was also unsatisfied with her hair) that I felt like Mary Tyler Moore with her 60's flip bob!???? When I came home my daughter even told me I look like I walked outta the 70's! It really was ridiculous, couldn't wait to get home and fix it, never again..

Worst service ever . People very rude . Speaking a different language in front of me about the service I want and tugging my hair smh. I was left there waiting in a chair with the intentions of them doing my hair wearing a salon gown for a hour so they could tell me they can't do the job after they told me to come in . The lady even follows me out side and ask me why I'm upset and started to argue with me . Also they didn't even apologise for wasting my time . The lady seem like she didn't like doing highlights . That's what I wanted and was waiting for . Horrible nightmare experience .☹☹☹
