Very nice and cute salon I’ve gotten my hair extension (Brazilian) done 3x here. The first time I was here from 9am to close to 2pm did a wash and set first and honestly my rollers were not secured well and while getting my extensions Theresa kept doing other clients in between. Second time I only came in for my installations and it was after 5pm and it was the only time Theresa actually did my hair quickly and focused. My third experience I first called Monday to book my appointment the lady took my information and I was scheduled for Wednesday at 5:30p. I called Tuesday to confirm and the young lady that answered claimed my appointment was never made. She then took my information and had me done for Wednesday. As Wednesday came I got there at 5:20p and the salon barely had a soul the young girl at the front tells me Theresa isn’t there and how to come in Thursday that the girl before should of known that Theresa wasn’t going to be in. Been doing my hair here since I was 6 and they do an amazing job everytime! Just got a layered cut+layered cut, they did amazing & their prices/services are great!! I love it here ☺️. Services: Blowouts, Haircut
