Very disappointed. The advertised time to open is 6:30am. I have been here since 6:45 am. The time now is 7:25am and the salon still isn't open. I am highly upset. This is very unprofessional. Finally opened at 8:05am. Smh
The Job these ladies do is amazing. This is the only place i trust with my hair cuts and coloring. I have never had an issue with any service. I love that they explain step by step what they are doing and what kind of products they are using for your hair. Everyone is very friendly, answers any concerns you have. In my experiences here i have never left disappointed. Highly recommended.
Not all black girls with natural hair want their hair fried. I stated that I wanted my rollers set so that the curls would stay because I DO NOT PUT HEAT ON MY HAIR…. No setting lotion, hair not dry when they took me from under the dryer. They’re unapologetic and act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. WILL NOT BE BACK and WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
