Prices change every 2 weeks and I get the same exact style. They also love talking Shìt in Spanish because they think I can’t understand.

This has been my salon for more than 18 years now, since they were at a different location. They moved and I've followed. The service, the products and the staff are great! Unfortunately, this area has gone downhill and this place with it. This business allows ANYONE to walk in, inclusive of drug addicts who sit around or use the bathroom, people selling whatever goods who just approach you, and damn near touch you, unsolicited. I had a man walk almost in-between my legs while I was getting my hair blow-dried to sell me his bootleg perfume!! All kinds of characters go in there and I no longer feel safe there as a customer. I wonder if the all female staff feel safe! No precautions are taken to not allow just anyone into the space.

Not all black girls with natural hair want their hair fried. I stated that I wanted my rollers set so that the curls would stay because I DO NOT PUT HEAT ON MY HAIR…. No setting lotion, hair not dry when they took me from under the dryer. They’re unapologetic and act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. WILL NOT BE BACK and WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
