Got a pedicure and a full set here. Everything was great , paid $95 and it felt pretty worth it UNTIL I said I’ll be right back with your tip. I GOT FOLLOWED OUTSIDE AND WAS SCREAMED AT SAYING I DID NOT PAY. Thank god I had my RECIEPT. I have never EVER experienced something like this in my life and the funny thing was I was going to go back with the tip. Honestly I was planning on coming back and potentially becoming a regular. LMFAOOOOOO NEVER EVER AGAIN. WEIRDOS forreal.

I have been coming to this place for years - mostly for eyebrow threading, very rarely for any other services. I used to come here for mani-pedi in pre-Covid times, not any more. The owner of the place used to do threading for me, she was consistent with doing a good job. I came today. There is a new young girl there, literally a child, who I have been seeing there for a while by now. I did no see the Owner, I asked this new girl to do threading. I advised her, that I needed a light clean-up and trim, that my eyebrows are not thick, and it takes a long time to grow them back. To make long story short, 30 minutes later I was left almost without eyebrows. More over, when I came up to the counter to pay, I see the Owner behind the counter, I described to her my dissatisfaction. She admitted that my face was left bold, she suggested a little tint, that I rejected. I want my eyebrows, not tinted skin where eyebrows were just 30 minutes before I walked in. Yet, I was told to pay, lesser than
