First time visiting, brought a picture with what I wanted for color - adding darkness to my naturally dark but heavily highlighted/ombré hair. My hair looks great and they did an excellent job, but it is just not what I asked for and I left feeling great and impressed with the service but now at home and disappointed for looking like my hair was just refreshed without any legitimate change. The stylist offered to put more dark color in it but by this time the salon was closing and I had already been there for 2 hours. No complaints otherwise, great service.

Went here a few weeks ago before going to a movie nearby. I was able to get same day booking. People were nice and service was great! Just fyi, options for tipping are cash or venmo. Place was not hard to find, and it was very clean. Also it’s quite large compared to other businesses of the like in nyc.
