This has been by far my best hair salon experience! Arisa was amazing, so attentive, communicated every step of the process to me, and walked me through her thought process for the hair style and color I wanted. Will 100% be back!!

Was running late (hudson river train!) and got charged $50 for no hair cut. Never again
