Love Salon V. You kinda can't go wrong there. There have been times when my favorite stylists have not been available and I'll see another staff member. Everyone I've seen there has had great skills and 'hair-side manner'. I always come away feeling happier and lighter. I know that's because my hair looks great, but it's also the vibe in there. Very relaxed and welcoming. The same cannot be said for other NY salons. I once went to a different super high-end salon in NYC, and literally cried because of the way the place was run. I’ve been getting my hair color and cuts done here for almost two years, and every stylist I’ve had has been excellent, seriously addressed my concerns, truly followed what I wanted, and given great advice. My fantastic dark red color gets compliments all the time, fades evenly and looks good even when my roots grow out. Great atmosphere, great price.
