If I could give no stars, I would. Not only did Shan rip through my natural hair and take out a ton of my hair she gave me a terrible lace closure finish and tried to convince me that "all her lace girls know" that that's how lace closures work and the install was great. As a senior business executive I had to attend a meeting the next day ashamed and embarrassed of my hair with visible lace. I assume the rush and poor job may have been related to the fact she was headed on vacation and needed to get started on her friend's hair. I contacted her and sent her a photo by text asking for her to improve the work outcome. She never responded in any way before or after her vacation. I went to a veteran professional, Amoy, who was shocked by the work, sloppiness, inconsistency and improper instillation of a band. Due to the finish and extreme tension on my edges that were already visibly popping out, she recommended I take the hair out and get it re-done. She helped create a passable finish a

I wish there were 10 stars as I would have definitely given this establishment that. The staff was amazing ans the service top notch. I love my hair and will be going back.

Just an overall great experience. Started me on time, listened to my desire and wishes for my hair style and salon etiquette was great.
