This is one of the best salons in the city! They do a fantastic job with eyebrow threading/waxing, nails, and hair. My fiance gets his haircut done now here, and the way they style it after they cut it is amazing. The staff are always so friendly, and I love how they remember us now whenever we come in. 5 stars all the way! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Pedicure, Manicure, Balayage

Overall my hair colour is okay, however I’m really disappointed with my experience. I went to the salon after I saw the advertisement on the pulsd deal with good reviews. As soon as I walked in I noted a lack of customer service, the salon was empty and instead of offering me tea or coffee (as listed on the pulsd description), everyone just sat there on their phone. The deal included highlights and style, however when I asked them to style my hair they said that it was not included and I would have to pay extra which came as a surprise. They seem to upcharge for many extra things despite promoting deals. Overall, there are much better salons in NYC out there and I would not recommend. Service: Hairstyling
