AEREA SALON NYC

I came in with copper hair wanting to go back to my natural brown hair color. There was no communication at all the stylist barely talked to me. I left with my hair way too dark and it looks like box hair dye. I’m embarrassed to go outside looking this way, I regret even dying it now my hair is way too dark for my fair skin tone. I was also unaware that I would be charged $50 to dry my hair, it was not even a decent looking blowout I came out of the salon with frizzy hair that wasn’t even styled. Why is blowing your hair dry not included in the price?? I paid $224 to have hair that looks like I did it myself. Very upset and I will have to go to a different salon to fix this mess ☹️

Needed my bangs cut, but didn't have an appointment. Walked in and they cut my bangs instantly and weren't even charging me - I left a tip, of course! I've been telling everyone I know in NYC to come to Aerea - great customer service. My next hair cut will be here :).

Awesome job on my highlights/toner! I called them and made a last minute appt bc my original guy seemed extremely confused by what I wanted and I was scared and I’m sooo glad I decided to switch and come here. My stylist here knew exactly what I meant and it was a quick and seamless process. Will definitely be back!
