I am very upset with the way I was treated. My technician got wax in my hair and had no remorse for what she did. She told me just to wash my hair despite the fact that wax and water repeal each other. It took me an hour and half process to remove the wax from my hair and she charged me full price and asked for a tip. I was appalled. On top of that she forgot to wax many areas and left hair on my arms.

I’ve been coming to this place a little over a year ago and I’m beyond disappointed in the work here. I have sat in every chair of each employee and showed them a picture of how I want my brows done and each time they dismiss the picture and mess up. I naturally have thick eyebrows and prefer to lightly clean them not a big fan of shaping and I emphasize this each time. Only to leave with thin arched brows with no ends each time because they do their own thing. Today was my first time back since they messed up my brows in November. They messed up again and I will never return. I shouldn’t have to continuously wait months for my brows to grow back to continuously be disappointed. Pretty good. I got what I asked for. The last time I had my eyebrows tinted they looked natural. This time they look super dramatic but it still looks nice on me.
