Disappointing Experience at this Hair Salon I had a scheduled appointment at 2 pm for root touch-up, but upon arrival, the salon had no records of my color preferences. Both stylists seemed unaware and couldn't provide an explanation. Despite being a loyal customer for two years with 2 different hairdressers, I received the same vague response. "I DON'T KNOW". They continued with their work, neglecting my appointment. To my dismay, neither hairdresser honored my appointment. One finished with her client without acknowledging me, promptly moving on to the next person who arrived 30 minutes later. After enduring 45 minutes of waiting, with only 30 minutes remaining before my next appointment, the second hairdresser finally finished and called my name. Unfortunately, I left the salon with no hair treatment, feeling ignored and frustrated after wasting 45 minutes. The lack of communication and disregard for appointments left me with a highly unsatisfactory experience.

Great service . My 2nd time going there and won’t be my last . Sorry it took me so long to find this place but better late then never as they say ! Kathy is a Gem!! Very satisfied with my hair . Have been getting a lot of compliments ♥️Thank you !
