I came here twice and had a wonderful haircut with Jim and hairwash with Anna. Unfortunately the third appointment I made was a disaster. I arrived at 10:59am for my 11am appointment. No one was there. I left two messages before I finally left at 11:08am. It was cold and snowing outside! I decided to call back at 2:15pm to find out what happened and he said 'oh yeah we came late' I think we saw you leave. I asked why no one called me back and they said we don't use a computer to make appointments we write it in a book. I said I called and left two messages though. "We can't check messages" I asked why they didn't call me and they said well, you didn't show up - but wait you JUST told me YOU came late and saw me drive away?! The person I spoke with refused to give me his name, wouldn't let me talk to anyone else and hung up on me - twice. I am so sad that I couldn't get my haircut here and I won't be going back after this type of treatment. The business is welcome to call me to speak t

A hidden gem in East Meadow. I took a chance going to MET Salon for my daughters haircut. She had very long straight thick hair -one length. We showed a picture to Ken and he did an amazing job. It came out better than the picture. Did lots of layers and it falls perfect. My daughter loves it. We will definitely be going back. Here are pictures of the back of her head - before and after.
