DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR LASHES!!! I never did lashes and after doing my brows, which they did well, she convinced me to apply individual lashes. When I opened my eyes, I cried. I looked like a porcelain doll and it looked HORRIBLE. I instantly made her remove them, which took 2 hours and MY REAL LASHES WERE RIPPED OFF. I left there in tears with a bald swollen eyelid.. and I had to leave for vacation the same night. RUN Update since the owner responded. I had specifically asked for 2 sets of individual lashes in the corner. If the lady didn’t understand, why would she not ASK especially if she’s providing the services. She did what SHE wanted, not what I WANTED. absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. U asked how I am? My entire lash line is missing. YOU WASTED MY TIME AND YOUR OWN MATERIALS. and u will continue to waste your time and materials if you continue to do anyone’s lashes. Next time communicate with your customers. This is a place I would recommend to many people because the service is excellent and the prices are fair. This beauty salon has a lot to offer, including waxing, threading, facial prep, tinting, lashes, henna, makeup, and skin polish. The owners/workers are well-organized and cooperative with their clients. I had my eyebrows and waxing done by them and I felt no pain. After going there made me want to stick with them. I would strongly recommend this Beauty Salon.
