The staff there is always kind and courteous. I never feel pressured, and no one ever pushes a particular service at me. I always feel relaxed getting facials and eyebrows done here. I haven't come here as regularly since moving, but when I'm in the area, I don't go anywhere else.

My wife was there for her b-day. Price was already discussed over phone. My wife had to remind the masseuse to do her neck and hands. The lady kept saying be still then eluded to ask for more money and when my wife refused the women did minimal. My wife left unhappy. I didn't realize this until we left. Even before I knew I gave a tip.
