I was a loyal customer for over 2 years. My nail broke on my honeymoon. I came back to get it fixed and Mia brushed me off and told me “she didn’t have any time” but someone else could do it. I said fine as long as she could handle it. Surprise surprise the nail tech could not handle it. I left with 2 different shaped nails. I went back in after 1 minute and her response was “come back tomorrow. For a loyal customer this is completely unacceptable. Not only myself but my mother will be going elsewhere. Their time management is horrible. If you make an appointment expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. Such a shame for a place that has 1 decent tech. Services: Sculpted nails, Pedicure

Too expensive for the quality of work they do. They literally put my feet in hot water for 5 minutes and trim the nails, and put the lotion at the end. At least they should clean the heels in the basic pedicure. I wasted my 30 bucks just to put my feet in warm water.

WARNING: DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR INSTAGRAM Very very bad manicure. My sister and I went yesterday to get a simple manicure and on their Instagram they had pictures of nail art (which they stole from online because as you can see in the picture they couldn’t a simple heart which is the easiest thing to do) they took more than $1 per heart and did a very bad job. The nail salon had bad lighting so we couldn’t see the cracked nail polish and the bad nail job art until we got home. Don’t go here ever because you will come back unimpressed. I’ve done better manicures at home in the dark.
