Please avoid this place. I’ve tried giving this place many chances and have been disappointed many times. I’m always left with hair in random places after threading and wax. I also came for arm waxing, the wax was burning hot and I informed the girl several times it’s too hot I cannot handle it. She told me don’t worry it’ll be over soon. She did it very quickly, I now have a burn mark and scar from that incident. Similarly, my mother had her upper lip waxed and the girl ripped her upper lip skin. She was bleeding and the girl did not apologize. My mom had to ask for a tissue so she can stop the bleeding. Please fix your practices. You will continue to lose customers this way.

I’ve been going to Aaina Beauty Salon for over a year and they are great! Whether it is waxing or getting your eyebrows done, they do an amazing job and everyone is so sweet.
