I’ve gotten both threaded and waxed here and I’m always happy with the results. It is well priced, usually quick in and out, and consistent results. Owner was late, unprofessional, rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing. My daughter’s hair was better before the haircut than after. Horrible style, bad service and treatment. Not how I’m getting used to be treated when in a salon. She was rushing with the haircut and didn’t give it a good finish. She was being rude about the payment too. I don’t always carry cash with me and I usually use my card and Venmo to pay. She gave me an attitude for not having cash. Like I almost felt bad for just using card and Venmo. I gave her my card and she decided to use Venmo instead. When I sent her the payment through Venmo, she started giving a fit about it because she didn’t get a confirmation and started saying “this is why I don’t use Venmo!” Well, I just gave her my card and she was the one who refused to use it and she had a card payment device but she chose to use Venmo.
