I go in. Dont have to wait. Get my wash and set while sipping some cold Rose. Almost fell asleep while getting hair done. Hair looks perfect. Tip stylist and pay for service at front. No hassle and leave slightly buzzed and in a great mood. Priceless. Lusso delivered again like clockwork....

I LOVE this place. I came in twice and Shi and Shauntice had been so helpful. I had to get my hair cut and was really nervous. Shauntice and Shi both gave me the confidence to feel good about myself. Shi had cut my hair into a pixie cut with exactly how I wanted it from a photo I saw. She was so patient with me and she made me feel so comfortable. One of the best haircuts I've had. I received so many compliments. I would recommend Shi and Shauntice if anyone comes here. They are really welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The music, the environment, the people. Everything was great. Definitely come here.
