(THEY RENT THEIR CHAIRS OUT TO UNLICENSED “hairstylist”) Paid a deposit to secure an appointment for a braid style that I NEVER received. The stylist failed to meet in the salon at her chair for the services several times we communicated. It’s ghetto and unprofessional to take my money then HIDE or not communicate for whatever personal reasons.
