I love everything about Au from the ambiance to the location to the staff and services! Nikki is a freaking hair genius. Literally, I will go to no one else for my hair needs and now I've got a one stop shop with Haley's awesome mani-pedi skills! These ladies take excellent care of their clients 10/10 recommend.
I came to Reno from Portland Oregon. Being super busy for the most part, I decided it’ll be fine to try someone new out and get my hair done. I was pleasantly surprised as she was extremely attentive, curled my hair and even said if I needed any modifications she was more than willing to do it and get me in since I was out of town.
Ashley is great! Everyone is loving my new cut. The layers are amazing. The salon, itself, is cozy and friendly. Everyone talks with each other and shares stories. It has a special feeling.
