Monaco Nail Salon

I have lived in Incline for 2.5 years now and I always go to Monaco Nail Salon. The owner is very accommodating, kind and knowledgable about nail health. I learn something new about his techniques every time I go! The owner typically runs his shop solo so call ahead to make an appointment and be patient! I have yet to have a bad experience. (Pro Tip: The owner only cuts cuticles upon request. Instead of cutting, he uses different oils to make them healthy!) Service: Dip powder

I like the staff. They listen and work with your needs. Price seems normal for my area.

I live in Incline Village and I am extremely disappointed. I have been coming here for 4 years and the owner argued with a lady over the phone over the price for a service for an hour while I was receiving a pedicure and manicure. I am not a diva. I tip well and the lady who did my service rushed me because I had a question about the menu price. She changed her tune a little once I told her I was a regular but it totally defeats the principle. They don’t have a functional website that shows updated prices, this could easily fix their problem. When the owner asked how my service was, I was honest with him. I was very disappointed and he didn’t even offer anything as a sorry in the end. Also, the lady cut my nail cuticle and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I paid $65 for a basic manicure and basic pedicure. Sadly, I won’t be coming back. I will be supporting a local business that treats me with respect and an owner that has integrity. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
