Took my daughter there for her birthday. She got her eyebrows waxed and her nails done. The lady was super nice and amazing at what she does. My daughters nails are super cute and her eyebrows look good. Extremely impressed and satisfied with the services.

I wanted to like this place since it's close to my house but the experience was unsavory. Called today 9/28 and the lady pick up out of breath and irritated. Which made me wonder...but I try not to judge. I asked if she had any openings for this afternoon. She said she'd be done with her client at 1pm. I said we can do 1:30 so she didn't have to rush. She said "perfect." I called 10 mins out while on my way, no answer. Showed up for my appointment on time and knocked - door was locked. Called again no answer No cars in parking lot, blinds down place looked ghosted. Weird vibes and unprofessional to take my number but not even bother to reschedule. I won't bother going back.

Was planning to make an appt. for nails and maybe a facial for myself and massage for my husband. Nobody really answered the phone always v/m. I finally did get a hold of someone and ended up having to drive by the place to get a price for my nails. Way to expensive for my book. Found a place to do it for $10 less and there great. Also the gal is the same person for massage and facial so it defeats the couple doing something at the same time. Note... This is a smaller shop so I couldn't score based on services done. I scored based on the overall experience of getting the info in the first place
