This place is beyond amazing! I have been coming here for over 15+ years and never been let down. My nails are always beautiful, done how I like, and never loosen or fall off. The pedicures are beyond words..my feet don't hurt when I leave! These ladies take the extra time and treat you right! I want to start by saying that every other time I have visited Harmony nails it has been an amazing experience with no complaints. Yesterday I visited to get my acrylics soaked off and a pedicure. I had never been with this tech before and he did not soak my nails, just clipped off the tips and then continued to rip the rest of the nail off my finger. On the right side of my hand he at least filed the acrylic down before prying off which was a little less painful, but on my left hand he did not file, just ripped the whole acrylic off. He could tell I was uncomfortable and asked “does it hurt?” He couldn’t get them all off and went to get another tech to I finish it, she soaked the remaining nails and they removed easily and painlessly. This morning my nails that had the acrylic ripped off are in a lot of pain, But the 4 that were soaked off feel fine. The female tech continued with me to do my pedicure and was absolutely amazing. First time coming here and I loved it. I just moved to this side of town and this spot was in close proximity with nothing but great reviews. Ladies were very nice. Cindy did my nails and she did a very nice job. I had another lady do my pedicure however i didn't catch her name... she did a very good job as well. I will definitely be coming back.
