Denise did a poor job on my root touch up on two occasions, called me at home accusing me of eating her candy (appalling and untrue) and locked and left the salon when I was seven minutes late. I would like to say in my own defense, I live 1.3 miles away from the salon, My hair color is a professional hair color, and is expensive and very difficult to find and buy. I NEVER went into the employee refrigerator. I brought my own drinks with me at least 95% of the time. Those few times I forgot, I asked for water. I like my water room temperature, and not cold. I did not realize I was "fired" as a client from the salon. When I walked back home, I called and left a message to cancel all my future appointments. I would also like to say, I did return to the salon after the disappointing results of my root touch up on two occasions. I returned because i hoped to work this out by having my Professional hair color measured out, instead of "eyeballing" it. It definitely made a difference in

I was in the hospital(ICU) and my hair was severely matted. Denise was so very patient trying to get the knots out. She did an excellent job saving my hair! Now it looks just like the picture I showed her. My fIrst time there and I'm so happy! I will definitely be back.
