Bliss Spa and Salon

I had a 10am appointment this morning. I got there 15 minutes early in case they needed paperwork filled out. I had had two text confirmations and reminders. One woman was doing hair. Finally at 10:05 she asked me if she could help me while doing a woman’s hair. I told her I had a 10am appt and she said “someone should be here soon”. At 10;15 I left. I booked this 2 weeks in advance and confirmed via phone. This is not a professional place. I’d go somewhere where you are guaranteed service. I took time off work for this for absolutely nothing. Save your time and money for somewhere else.

Was my first time ever having a spa day. So I was excited and nervous. My appointment was with Ale, and she was really nice and made sure I felt relaxed. I booked 2 sessions that were for 1hr each. I kept worrying that I was going over time, cause it felt like so long. Nope it was right on time, talk about spa magic. I haven't nothing to compare my spa day to, but I will return. Oh and I won't worry about the time. Thanks Ale for my ME Day.
