As I walked in the 2 associates standing at the front door turned to each other and continue having their conversation, and another associate came up to join them. Not once did they say Hi or greet me. In the 40 minutes I was in the store not one person approached and asked how was doing or if I needed help.. And I did in fact need help. The store was not busy, at all. The lady that checked me out never asked how I was doing or if I found everything OK almost as if she knew the answer... The only reason for the 2 stars is she did let me know that I had accidentally picked up a tester and my mascara was on sale. Transaction complete, not even a "have a good night", just "bye". Im blown away with the lack of service. I am in customer service and this visit irks me to my core because I treat everybody with 100% customer service 100% of the time No. Matter. What. I should've just left my $135 purchase behind since I didn't even find what I was looking for. Annoying.

Unbelievably disappointed in this place for the first time ever. So much so that im switching to sephora. After waiting hours for an order, i finally went into the store only to be gaslit and humiliated by the workers as if i never made an order. AFTER taking my money. Essentially, they stole my money and held my order hostage until i finally spoke to corporate. Even then, was never compensated or even apologized to. I almost passed out in the store from a medical condition while listening to them act as though I had never made an order despite full proof AND an order number

Walked in and not one single associate greeted me. Was there shopping for over half an hour and several associates walked by me and none of them spoke to me or asked if I needed any assistance. I will just spend my money at Mac and Sephora where I am acknowledged right away.
