Supercuts

We booked an appointment online for 10:00am. We arrived at 10:05am. Mentioned we had a booking with Kira for a haircut. Kira overhears that we booked with her and blurts out loudly. “You guys are late, your appointment was at 10am and it’s past that. You guys will have to wait.” in front of 2 other customers and her other employees like we already didn’t know we were only 5 minutes late and Did not mind waiting at all . She could’ve just said. Hi, I’m Kira will be with you shortly ???? What happened to customer service lately? Mind you.. I don’t even know Kira & how she cuts, she does not look put together. Hair messy, looking like a scarecrow and its not even Halloween yet????????‍♀️ at that point I was irritated, just came in to get my son’s back to school haircut. Wish we just went with Kylah, she looked more polished and put together. Another note: Kira did NOT clean her clippers! She was working on another client and used the same clippers on my son without sanitizing . He had men

Staff is always friendly and most of my cuts have been above what I expected, hot towel and eye brow trim for free is a nice bonus.

Way overpriced!!!! Washed/dried my own hair and only needed some help with a few curls. Men in the salon didn't know how to use curling iron. Won't return.
