My eyebrow tech, Genesis is wonderful. It's just that it's like a maze in there. I didn't see any directions to follow.
Very unreliable and unprofessional business. On 9/6/2022, I booked an appointment at 11:30 AM with Isabella’s Beauty Salon, Unit 118. Isabella called me at 11:40 AM to tell me she was at the bank and was running late. But, afterwards, she never showed up or answer my phone calls or text messages. I waited until 2:00 PM. How can someone be so irresponsible? I also called her coworker Cynthia, who said was going to find out what was going on, but Cynthia never called me back also.
Sara is such an amazing manager, she’s so sweet & always there to help
