NexGen Nail Bar in Henderson (located in Lake Mead Crossing)

My mom and I have been coming here for a very long time but our last few appointments have been very disappointing. They have been rushed and the quality has gone down, my nails barely last a week, and i’m not hard on my nails. It makes me sad to say I will not be returning. Sad! Service: Gel manicures

I went in there Tuesday evening after working all night the night before, and running errands all day . I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name who did my nails as he was the perfect ending to my day . I was very unhappy with previous nails I had gotten elsewhere, and he gave me very beautiful set of nails and I will continue going back. Thank you to the nice gentleman who made me smile

Today my daughter and I went in for manicure, fill, nail art and pedicures… as we walked in there seemed to be a lot of confusion and unprofessional treatment of Nancy and Helena our chosen nail technicians! Both ladies did a beautiful job and were extremely accommodating. The feeling during our services was coming from the two men that sat beside Helena to her left… Even though my daughter and I do not speak the language it was very obvious that the two men were talking about us and it WAS a very uncomfortable feeling. Nancy and Helena deserves five stars each because we will return to receive services from them again, BUT those two men were bullies to their peers and customers! Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Gel manicures, Callus removal
