Yolanda was excellent. She had a great personality, and a ton of knowledge. She made sure I got the cut I wanted.

Made an appointment more than a week in advance. At time of booking expressed the difficulty I have had with salons in the area and that I was anxious about finding a new stylist. I made an appointment for my daughter for back to school and advised based on the appointment may book for myself for a later date. Showed up 10 minutes early for our 4:30 pm appointment on Friday and checked in. The salon smelled very heavy of processing chemicals. I don’t know if this is because many people just happened to be getting processed, the proximity of chemical based services to the waiting area or poor ventilation. At the scheduled appointment time the receptionist came over to inform us there would be a delay and then stated it would be at least 30 minutes. We had plans later in the afternoon and I did not want to chance a further delay so we canceled the appointment. Disappointing to say the least.
