My 8 year old went in for a medium skin fade, basic military cut, and came out with a high bowl cut due to the new hair stylist. The senior stylist came over to fix it and made it WORSE then then proceeded to tell us it was great. When I called yo complain Michele admitted she expected the call and it was an awful haircut but she had no authority to not charge or refund the haircut. She agreed it was awful and STILL MADE US PAY! This place is the WORST. DO NOT GO HERE Service: Haircut

If you need to 'beautify' yourself, make your appointment with Kathy! She's the best gal here, very experience, cool, funny..and yeah she's the manager of this place. Kinda don't want to tell you these cause now y'all go to her, that'd make it harder for me to make my own appointment with Kathy ????????Great customer service and good discounts for hair products
