The service at this place is disappointing. During my pedicure, the removal of calluses was not done properly, and when I expressed my concerns, the technician admitted she wasn't skilled in pedicures or nail art. It was a frustrating experience.

“BEWARE SCAM!!!!” I asked for a pedicure. Apparently they have all these extra charges without letting you know what they are doing is going to be an extra charge to you in the end. I paid for extra things done that I never asked for. The things they did was a basic pedicure I had been used to receiving at any other salon. I called the next day as a different customer and asked what a pedicure costs. I was told one price for pedicure and regular polish, then a higher price for gel polish. This price I paid the previous night was much higher than the prices quoted to me!! When I explained I was charged this much higher price the lady started to explain a price for this or that and a deluxe pedicure. I explained I asked for a regular pedicure and I handed them nail polish that was switched to a gel color. I explained I was never asked. Then it was asked if I had color removal done and that is an extra charge, if I had calluses removed that was extra charge. Isn’t that part of a pedicure

I am from out of state on a road trip and I stopped by hoping they could repair my nail (emergency break). I received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If she would have said oh we don’t have a color that matches, I would have just said thanks and went on my way. This lady didn’t speak to me, she just pointed to the chair. I sat down explaining the situation and she just yelled at me about brining the cart in her nail salon (it’s inside Walmart). There were two people other than me in there. She spoke to me in a condescending tone that it was blocking the entrance and she took it upon herself to pull my cart away from me as I was holding it and push it outside saying “get this out of here lady.” I asked if she had the same color or a similar color I didn’t need them to match just not look so jacked up. She lectured me like I was a 12 year old and told me I don’t understand how nail salons work and that they don’t all have the same colors. I’ve gotten my nails done every
