I had a bad experience here at the watchung Ulta salon . And they don't care about customers.i got my hair blown out by Sarah on December 23rd and it was a terrible experience. I was told that I would have to pay an extra $32 to get the curling iron done on my hair. Then they said she did "complimentary ironing" which she did for 10 seconds. I had an event to go to and my hair was completely flat a half hour after I walked out of the salon. I had to go home and blow out by own hair. Sara has a bad attitude on top of it. I contacted Ulta beauty's customer service and they aren't too helpful ..they called the watchung store and the manager Erin called me back but I was busy at the time I tried calling backs wife and she didn't call me back. At this point I would like my money back. My hair didn't last I had to wash it myself and it's not the style I was told I would get originally. I had left a message with Kaylee over the weekend for Erin to call me back and it's now Weds and she didn'

Apparently I'm not the right race or religion to shop at this store. I was walking aroung for 10 minutes trying to get someone to help me. However not one offered to help me or they said they would send someone my way and then proceed to help someone else who asked after I for help. Maybe if I was African American or Hispanic I would have been helped. Or maybe if I wasnt Muslim and didnt wear a hijab I would have been helped. It's not like its a one time situation this happens everytime I shop here. Only person helped was a young lady named Saher. Just so other people know it's not a very Hiajbi friendly store unless Saher is around. She is the only person in this store who will help me even if she is running around doing multiple things or even heading out. She always take her time to explain anything she recommends or will help me find a budget friendly option of higher end items I can't afford. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows what she's talking about. If I don't see her wor
