Really bad service and unprofessional. I went to go get by eyebrows threaded. When I got there the store was empty so I thought great I’ll be done in no time. Boy was I wrong. They sat me down in an empty chair while 2 worker sat having a conversation on the couch and ignored me. The one that was suppose to do by eyebrows was on a call walking back and forth. At this point I still very understanding and waited patiently. Then another client walked in and they sat her in the chair next to me and one of the workers who was sitting around having a conversation started to work on the other lady’s eyebrows. Never had I felt so disrespected and undervalued. What was the difference between the other lady and myself. If you say and heard your colleague on the phone and you knew how to do eyebrows why wouldn’t you work on mine instead of leaving me to wait just for you to take the next client. If you want to be treated like a decent human being I suggest you go somewhere else

Jenny did an amazing job on my brows. From threading to tinting. They were just right. Not dark and fake looking. Ask for her when you go in!
