Waited for 25 minutes with only 1 customer and 2 employees working. Neither one of the women said one word to me in that 25 minutes so I had no idea how long the wait would be. The one women left after and still did not say a word to me. I ended up leaving due to the awful service. This would be the third attempt to try to get a hair cut at this location and I ended up having this same experience every time so I left each time. The other two attempts I even had appointments and the girl left as I walked I For my appointment to say come back in an hour and a half as she was taking her lunch at the time I had booked my appointment. I won’t be making any more attempts to get a haircut at this location.

The sign displayed stated that walk-ins were welcome so I walked in today, at about 5:10pm, to ask if there might be time/availability to accept a walk-in. If not, I was happy to schedule an appointment for another available day with any stylist. I walked up to the counter and noticed two stylists were working with customers. Since both were busy but did look over and see me standing there, I waited at the front desk fully expecting one to walk over at some point when they had a moment. Both women looked at me but did not say a word. I stood at the desk for roughly 10 minutes... with still no acknowledgement. Not so much as a "I'll be right with you" or a "Do you have an appointment?" Not very welcoming to walk-ins. I gave three stars because the salon was very neat, clean, and organized. Website would not allow check-in, but showed 0 minutes wait. When I arrived there were 7 people waiting for the only staff member. I won’t waste my time again because I’ll never return to this location.
