My braid was redone too, because the rubber band just.snapped the day,I gotnit done. 2 things were redone to my satisfaction and appreciated.

STAY AWAY! Worst experience ever. I truly hope their GM sees this. I booked a last minute appointment on their website because my normal stylist/barber couldn’t sqeeuze me in. I was already hesitant about booking with this chain salon but I decided I’m new to the area and would give it a shot. Their system online allowed me to schedule about an hour in advance. It was my first time there. Upon arrival I had to wait to check in. Once checked in there was an additional 20-30 minutes that I waited until someone finally called me to the back for a wash/cut. I even had to inquire before hand as to why I wasn’t being seen before someone actually cared enough to squeeze me in with any stylist. When I met the stylist, she did not introduce her name or self to me. I showed her a video and pics of the shape up I needed. She said she could do it. While I was getting my hair washed by her another worker comes up and starts talking to her in Spanish about how my stylists next clients had arrived. T

I wanted to go dark for the winter. I booked an appointment with Jo Ann. She was great. Super friendly and patient with me. She brought me the color book to make sure that I was happy. Very attentive to detail. I’m so grateful I went here!
