I had a great experience with my haircut, Amber was Fantastic and I loved the cut. I had a color consultation that day and decided to make an appointment for what we discussed. I was hoping the $45 would have been applied to that appointment, but really did not have a problem with it. About 3 days before my appointment I was nursing a cold and when I couldn’t get better I went to the doctor and had Covid, strep throat unfortunately, it was the day before my appointment and I was hoping for some sort of understanding, but was really annoyed that they couldn’t break their policy and wanted to charge me the 50%. Sorry to say what bothered me most, was not the money, but the receptionist, who I’m guessing, with a big smile, could not stop with her talking points. 3 times I asked are you charging me? There is a human being on the phone, one who is not feeling good. I have been in customer service for 20 years and am so glad I know how to treat people. Sadly I lost it, which takes a lot

Absolutely love my hair! I had a full head balayage done by Deanna and not only did it come out perfect, the whole appointment was great. For anyone who knows how long a full balayage takes, this was one of the easiest and most enjoyable appointments I’ve had. The money pieces were perfect and the blonde was exactly as ashy as I wanted it to be. I can also say my past balayage’s from Paloma always grow out beautifully and I’ll get compliments months after. This salon (and Deanna) are really great for hair painting/balayage and more - highly recommend! Services: Blowouts, Haircut, Hair coloring, Balayage
