My mother had her eyebrows done by Lorraine and had a wonderful experience. Lorraine took a lot of extra time finding the perfect color match and was extremely professional during the entire experience. Her attention to detail was excellent and she made my mother feel comfortable the whole time. The salon is beautiful and my mother felt really taken care of and supported. I don’t like writing reviews cause I understand how hard it is being in the service industry but I had to come on here to give a piece of advice to Sandy. I was referred here at first, so I was pretty excited to find a place that could work for me potentially. But as soon as I walked in they started pushing products and services to me. My haircut was okay but I wanted to get a Balayage at first and decided not to get one cause it just didn’t feel like Sandy understood what I wanted and decided to just get a full process color. Her demeanor towards me changed completely almost like she was annoyed that I didn’t take the expensive service. So anything I wanted was not going to work. But what I really didn’t appreciate is that the service was told one price and when I was checking out she was trying to get me to buy some hair products which I didn’t want. So she just added 2 extra ounces to my original price. It was not communicated to me while it was used and secondly I have short- above
