I have only been to dry bar a handful of times. Each time I have walked away with the conclusion that people who work there lack sufficient experience in blow drying. They are tentative. I would end up with dry hair but really no style. Not worth $70 (with $10 tip). I recommend going to a full hair salon instead.
Would 10/10 recommend Dry Bar Hoboken for natural hair ladies!! They did a fantastic job and put all my fears to rest. I will now be a regular :)
My hairstyle was great when I left the salon but the curls fell flat within a few hours and didn’t really make it to the wedding that I was attending. I understand this may be due to my hair, so unfortunately the extra money for a cute hair style just wasn’t worth it. The girl styling my hair was extremely friendly and wanted to make sure I looked great when I left her chair, which I appreciated.
