LOVED the hair washing session. It lasted almost 10 minutes with an intensive shampooing (not rough or anything) and a head massage! Tommy was professional and friendly (and somewhat funny). Really like how my hair turned out and I got a lot of compliments that evening. The casher girl was not so nice though. She was a bit crabby and charged me more than I booked specifically. I made a phone call prior and requested a specific price range but when I showed up, Tommy cut my hair who charged a higher price than others without a notice, consent, nor warning. I ended up liking the results but candidly speaking it was a bit shady. If they had asked me at the beginning, I probably would have said yes anyways. Nevertheless, I would still book this place next time I am in the area and most likely require Tommy again. Just disclose the full info prior to the service guys.

It's really hard to find a stylist who knows how to cut hair. But I'm so happy to find one finally! Nicole is awesome. Her keep eye and skill never fails to give me the best hair cuts. She also is great in hair color treatments and recently got a digital perm. I highly recommend this place as they use quality hair products and I highly recommend Nicole! I came to get my hair dyed. I showed them a photo of the color I wanted and the stylist suggested the dye that she said will work for my natural hair. Once dyed my hair was much darker than the photo I showed them. The stylist then told me it was not possible to get the color in the photo in one session, because my hair is “dark and healthy” shouldn’t I be told this before attempting to dye my hair?
