This is my favorite salon. Have been coming here for years for my curly hair. Domairis recently did a blow out for my graduation and it came out beautiful! She made sure not to apply too much heat since I’m a natural curly girl. Will definitely trust her to do my hair again. Service: Blowouts

The experience that I had was amazing! I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. Ona and the staff there are very welcoming and accommodating. When I sat down to share with Ona my hair goals, I really felt like she listened and absolutely delivered. Jasmine did my color and did a flawless job! My curls look shiny and moisturized and have a lot of bounce. She definitely added color of life to my hair. The way she mixed the color to make it look like a natural transition with a little pop of color was really masterful. She is so knowledgeable and great to have a conversation with. She is very attentive and had no problems explaining the process and educating me on how to maintain it. I can't thank Ona enough, not only for her willingness to teach me but also for her attentiveness in ensuring that I had the tools necessary to maintain my hair goals. I went to 5 Salon & Spa for the first time in October 2022 to get a single treatment hair color process. The staff and team were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hair colorist performed the procedure and it did not take the first time around so she tried it again. I had to leave due to time constraints and when I got home, noticed that it was very transparent after my hair dried (the color treatment did not cover completely). I called the salon the next day about it and the owner called me back the same day to set up a time to meet, review the issue and discuss options. I called back about 1 week later and was told by another staff member that the option discussed with the owner was not viable so I requested that the owner call me back to discuss other options. I also left another message a few days later but never received a call back. I was ghosted. This forced me to reverse the charges on my credit card which should have been initiated by the salon and treated as a professional
