I have been going to Robin for about 20 years now. Not only is she professional yet personable, she makes you feel like a friend. Robin is very open to ideas, but also gracious with her insight and ideas that she offers as well. She and the staff have gone above and beyond COVID-19 protocols and I always feel safe while I’m there. Robin and her staff always have the clients best interests at heart. Went in for two services: upper lip wax and a customized facial. They didn't remove all of the wax and did not get all of the hair -- and then charged at least $5 more than is listed on the website for this sub-par service. I also got a facial there the next day and she ravaged my skin and again charged $40 more than the price listed online. Poor quality services and over-charging! I'd rather go to a high-end salon/spa with better service and better prices.

I have been going to Robin longer than I can remember. She always does a fabulous job!! I don't even need to tell her what I want, whatever she does I always love!! From a cut, root color, foils, waxing, even buying their products, everything is top notch!! And when it's time to wash my hair, that's the best part!! She could put me to sleep with the scalp massage!! All the girls there are so friendly, the waiting room is nice and cozy, it feels like going to a friends house!! I would recommend Turning Heads to anybody!!!!
