Omaggio Medical Spa & Salon

Our stylist never came out to address us until 15min after our appointment was supposed to begin. Meanwhile I'm sitting there with a 4yo girl who was so excited and wanting and waiting to get her hair washed and cut. No manager or supervisor in site and only 1 hair stylist on. We waited, and were seen in between her dealing with the frustrated client. The owner or manager knew what was going on by that point. Clearly flustered, the stylist asked what service we were coming in for. She kept leaving my daughter and I waiting while she continued to deal with her upset client who's hair was clearly overprocessed and falling out in clumps! When it finally came time to cut my daughters hair she kept returning to her original station for the necessary tools. I realized when it was already too late into her cutting my daughters hair that she was using the same tools and brush that was being used on her upset client, clearly not washed or sanitized and ready for use on my daughter.
