I have been going to Tiff for several years now and I couldn’t love her more. She cuts and colors my hair and it comes out natural and covers my grays! Tiff is always super receptive to ideas, she gives me honest advice about my hair, and she’s great to talk to! I def recommend Sparkle and Shine!
