Karen took my appointment on short notice, and even did a color for me. I can't say enough about the professionalism, kindness and fun she, Karen and I had during our appointment.
Everyone at the salon was super friendly but the woman doing my hair wasn't listening to what I wanted. I think she was in a hurry because she had someone else waiting. I left with bright tiger stripe high lights and uneven layers.
