When a person is late for an appointment life happens & you chaulk it up to bad customer service (she could have called & let someone know). However, when a person has to be contacted 4 times before someone gets back to them because of poor workmanship (braids that come out a week later is pretty bad) and doesn't accommodate the person who's been wronged, it's almost worth a call to the Better Business Bureau. Even in spite of the lateness this woman took getting to the appointment she was still tipped generously. You would have thought she'd want this type of customer to return and give a good review. This woman did my daughter's braids and I saw the sadness and disappointment on her face (she waited a year for this). What a shame - not only would we not recommend this salon - we'll be spreading the word for people to steer clear of it so they don't waste their money.
Chantelle is highly professional and very friendly. If you need your dreads twisted I would highly recommend stopping by and paying her a visit. I’ll drive 2 1/2 hours to see her every couple months and it’s no problem. She knows what she’s doing if you don’t want someone to mess up your dreads.
My visit was such a great experience. My make up and hair style were perfect and done in a timely manner. Thank you Heavenly Touch for making my day!
