I came here back in July. I saw the reviews were amazing! The way I wanted my hair, I wouldn't have to get my hair done every 3 months like I used to. After spending $400 and plus a $90 tip.. I hated my hair! (Left pic). I wanted more of my natural hair, which is dirty blonde. I understand that is kind of hard to do, but my hair came out way too dark. I didn't show anyone my hair. I was so disappointed. I called them the next day and let the lady know that I DID NOT LOVE my hair. She told me that she could get me in the next day and add more blonde, which wasn't that big of a deal for me. It was the darkness. I asked her what she would do with that, and she told me to wash it and it will fade... I did not pay that much to be told that nonsense. The next day, I found another salon and she added more blonde and made it brighter for another $250. The right pic is what my hair looks like now.
