Great professional service.queen does an amazing job and her prices are so reasonable.i really recommend her.

My box braids began falling out two days after they were put in. I live 2 hours from the salon so I asked for a refund. They said my hair was too short and too soft for the braids. I have had my hair braided several times before and never have they fallen out. They insisted I return to get them fixed. I drove back to the salon to get them fixed. They, again, said my hair was too soft and that is why the braids were coming out. I asked why they put them in? I could have gone to another salon. They still refused to give me a refund so I am out 13 hours and over $200. I won’t be going back.

I visit on 17h of March and I must say that I’m IMPRESSED with the service that Queen and her staff have to offer! The ladies at the shop make sure that you’re taken care of and definitely know how to get you to enjoy your visit. I had Queen and another young lady do my boxed braids (2 people on one head) and I was shocked at how fast that they were going! Definitely come here if you’re in the area!!! I wish I could bring this staff with me to Minot, ND, yet I will have to pay them a visit from time to time. Thank you, Queen!
